Return Policy
At ChiliPrints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your product was incorrect or damaged when received, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Our desire is for every purchase to be exactly as promised. In this circumstance we will also refund you for the shipping cost.
Once we accept return, you will be given the return address and instructions.
We reserves the right to reject returns if orders are not in theirs original form.
